PRINTING AND BINDING For printing and binding for the Department of the Interior, including all of its bureaus, offices, institutions, and services in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, except the Alaska Railroad, the Geological Survey, Vocational Education, and the Bureau of Rec lamati on, $2 19,000 , of w hich $ 50,000 shall be fo r the Nation al Park Service, $65,000 for the Bureau of Mines, and $46,500 for the Office of Education, no part of which shall be available for correspondence instruction . COMMISSION OF FINE ARTS For expenses made necessary by the Act entitled "An Act estab- lis hing a Commission of Fine Arts ", app rove d May 17, 19 10 (U . S . C ., title 40, sec . 104), including the purchase of periodicals, map s, and books of re ferenc e, and payme nt of actual trave ling e x- penses of the members and secretary of the Commission in attending meetings and committee meetings of the Commission either within or outside of the District of Columbia, to be disbursed on vouchers app roved by the Commi ssion, $9,40 0, of which amount not t o exce ed $6,200 may be expended for personal services in the District of Columbia .
