Beginning at the junction of present US 22 and newly constructed high-type facility southwest of Ebensburg, thence easterly on new facility to junction with present US 22 east of Ebensburg.

Beginning at the junction of present US 22 and newly constructed high-type facility west of Armagh, thence easterly along new facility to junction with present US 22 east of Armagh.

Beginning at an interchange with present US 22 and Interstate Route 70 east of Churchill, thence easterly over I-70 to an interchange with US 22 just vest of the Pittsburgh Interchange to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
