This routing would begin west of the City of Mansfield at the junction of U. S. 30N and U. S. 30S and will be over a new controlled access highway bypassing the municipality of Mansfield. U. S. Routes 3ON and 30S will terminate at the above mentioned junction west of Mansfield and only U. S. 30 markers vill be erected from that point eastward to present U. S. 30 at Mifflin.

This routing would be over a controlled access section (Interstate Route 70) bypassing the City of St. Clairsville from a point about 1 mile west of the city to a point about 2.7 miles east near Blaine.

This routing would be over a controlled access section bypassing the municipality of Lodi from a point about 1 mile southwest of Lodi to the northeast corner of the city at the interchange with U. S. 224.

This routing would be over a newly constructed controlled access section from Barberton westerly to a point west of Lodi, bypassing the municipalities of Wadsworth, Leroy and Lodi.

This routing would be over an urban highway section now marked as U. S. Routes 25 and 42 in. Cincinnati crossing the Ohio River on the C &.O Bridge into Covington, Kentucky.

(Kentucky Section)

This routing would begin at the Kentucky-Ohio State line at Covington, thence southwesterly via Florence over U. S. 42 to junction with State Route 239, thence south on State Route 239 to Glencoe, thence over State Route 16 to U. S. 227, thence over U. S. Route 227 to Owenton, thence south over State Route 35 through Frankfort, Lawrrenceburg, Harrodsburg, Danville, Liberty, Jamestown and Albany to the Kentucky-Tennessee State line at Static.
