Intention

At the moment, the PotM is amended each month at Template:PotM and Template:Collaboration, it is my intention to amend the construction so that only one file needs to be amended to transclude the data, and the changes will reflect in this template. Also it will probably be the case that OVERFLOW situations (as above) will be managed by the same process. — billinghurst sDrewth 08:20, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

What's up with VoTM?

Is there a reason the Validation of the Month template infrastructure is still there and apparently active, but not listed here? Cremastra (talk) 21:22, 12 February 2024 (UTC)

The history is complicated. I believe it boils down to the fact that the current version was never approved for the Main Page, and adding it would imbalance our Main Page listings. --EncycloPetey (talk) 23:56, 12 February 2024 (UTC)
