Popular Mechanics/Volume 49/Issue 1 (January 1928)

This issue has been completely proofread, transcribed and transcluded, including all the illustrations, and hopefully can serve as a guide for the formatting of other issues that people decide to work on.

As with a lot of these illustrated periodicals, the limiting factor for working on all of these may well be the illustrations (over 200 per issue). Everything I've processed and scanned is in this gallery in WikiMedia Commons - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Qq1122qq/Popular_Mechanics_1928 - at the moment it's the covers and the illustrations for the January issue, but I may well slowly work through the other 1928 issues (based on the IA microfilm scans) in the next few months.

I've also set up a hierarchy for all the 1928 issues, including creating index pages for all of them. They will all have tables of contents in the next few days.
