For necessary expenses of the Council in carrying out its functions under the Employment Act of 1946 (15 U.S.C. 1021), $1,600,000. For "Salaries and expenses" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $400,000. COUNCIL ON INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY SALARIES AND EXPENSES
For necessary expenses of the Council on International Economic Policy, including hire of passenger motor vehicle, $1,650,000 of which, an amount not to exceed $1,000 may be expended for official entertainment. For "Salaries and expenses" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $412,000 of which, an amount not to exceed $250 may be expended for official entertainment.
