R. 17867 Resolred by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurnng), That the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in the enrollment of jj^^ |^yj (H.R. 17867) making appropriations for Foreign Assistance and related programs for the fiscal year ending June 30,1&71, and for other purposes, is authorized and directed— In respect to the amendment of the Senate numbered 19, restore the matter stricken by said amendment, except the amount of "$272,500,000"" and insert in lieu thereof "$200,000,000".
