EFFECTIVE DATES
SEC. 305. Section 108 of this Act is effective as of August 10, 1956, for all purposes. Section 304 of this Act is effective as of February 6, 1959. SAVING A N D SEVERABILITY CLAUSES
SEC. 306. (a) Laws becoming effective after January 9, 1962, that are inconsistent with this Act shall be considered as superseding it to the extent of the inconsistency. (b) References made by other laws, regulations and orders to the laws shall be considered to be made to the corresponding provisions of this Act. (c) Actions taken under the replaced law shall be considered to have been taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. (d) The enactment of this Act, except section 108, does not increase or decrease the pay or allowances, including retired and retainer pay, of any person.
REPEALS
