Public Law 87-717. _- National banks. AN ACT To amend certain lending limitations on real estate and construction loans applicable to national banks 87-718 Agriculture Department. AN ACT To provide further for cooperation with States in administration and enforcement of certain Federal laws 87-719 Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, amendment. AN ACT To amend the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, as amended, to provide for the disposal of federally owned properties at Los Alamos, New Mexico, and for other purposes 87-720—- Chestnut extract. AN ACT To authorize the sale, without regard to the six-month waiting period prescribed, of chestnut extract proposed to be disposed of pursuant to the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act 87-721___ Banks. AN ACT To amend section 5155 of the Revised Statutes relating to bank branches which may be retained upon conversion or consolidation or merger 87-722 National banks. AN ACT To place authority over the trust powers of national banks in the Comptroller of the Currency. 87-723--- Senior Citizens Housing Act of 1962. AN ACT To provide additional funds under section 202(a)(4) of the Housing Act of 1959, and to amend title V of the Housing Act of 1949, in order to provide low and moderate cost housing, both urban and rural, for the elderly 87-724--- Continuing appropriations, 196S. JOINT RESOLUTION Making continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1963, and for other purposes . 87-725 Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 19S0, amendment. AN ACT To amend the provisions of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930, relating to practices in the marketing of perishable agricultural commodities 87-726--- Peace Officers Memorial Day. JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the President to proclaim May 15 of each year as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the calendar week of each year during which such May 15 occurs as Police Week._ 87-727 Agate Dam and Reservoir, Oregon. AN ACT To amend the Act of August 20, 1954 (68 Stat. 752), in order to provide for the construction, operation, and maintenance of additional features of the Talent division of the Rogue River Basin reclamation project, Oregon 87-728 Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation Districts, Washington. AN ACT To approve an amendatory repayment contract negotiated with the Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District, authorize similar contracts with any of the Columbia Basin Irrigation Districts, and to amend the Columbia Basin Project Act of 1943 (57 Stat. 14), as amended, and for other purposes 87-729 Railroad unemployment insurance account, reimbursement. AN ACT To amend the Manpower Development and Training Act of 1962 with regard to reimbursement of the railroad unemployment insurance account 87-730--- Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 196S. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, and for other purposes 87-731--- United Nations. AN ACT To promote the foreign policy of the United States by authorizing a loan to the United Nations and the appropriation of funds therefor 87-732 Wetlands drainage assistance, limitation. AN ACT To amend the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended, to add a new section 16A to limit financial and technical assistance for drainage of certain wetlands87-733--- CM6O. JOINT RESOLUTION Expressing the determination of the United States with respect to the situation in Cuba- 87-734--- Lower Brule Sioux Reservation, S. Dak. AN ACT To provide for the acquisition of and the payment for individual Indian and tribal lands of the Lower Brule Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, required by the United States for the Big Bend Dam and Reservoir project on the Missouri River, and for the rehabilitation, social, and economic development of the members of the tribe, and for other purposes
