2378 UmlSia m of pack- axnptlons. Article II No person may, in any calendar year, receive more than thirty-six relief packages or packs, as defined herein. These packages and packs shall be of a maxlimu weight per package as shall be established by the Greek postal authorities; provided that nothing herein shall be con- strued to forbid an approved American Relief Agency from INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [63 STAT. b) The relief packages or packs in question will be used exclusively by himself and his farily; and c) The supplies in question will not be resold or delivered for resale and tLat no other disposition except personal use or consumption will be made of thena. No other test shall be required to entitle tue recip- ient to the delivery of a relief package or pack.
