CHARGE D'AFFAIRES: I have the honor to refer to the correspondence exchanged between your Embassy and this Ministry relating to the extension requested by the Ministry of Education of Panama of the Education Agreement concluded between the said Ministry and the Institute of Inter- American Affairs, which has been charged with the organization and intensification of a vocational education program in the Republic. With reference to this matter, I have the pleasure of informing you that a note received from Mr. Ernesto Mendez, Minister of Educa- tion, has informed me that the Ministry of Education is in accord with the extension of the aforesaid Agreement and with the details and figures given in your note No. 209 of July 23 of this year, received in this office.
