C . 180), Maria Veltri Magnone, the wife of a citizen of- the United States, and the mother of a United States citizen daughter, may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence: Pro- vided, That she is found otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws. Anderson, of Spokane, Washington, a patent in fee to the follow- ing-described lands allotted to her on theBlackfeet Indian Reserva- tion, Montana: The east half of the northeast quarter of section 30, township 37 north, range 10 west, Montana principal meridian, containing eighty acres. SEC. 2. Said patent in fee when issued shall contain a reservation to the United States of the oil, gas, and all other mineral deposits as provided in the Act of June 30,1919 (41 Stat. 16).
