The Governing Body shall, from time to time, elect one of its number to act as its Chairman, shall regulate its own procedure, and shall fix its own times of meeting. The Director or his deputy shall attend all meetings of the d Governing Body. o 5. The period of office of the Governing Body shall be three years. If for any reason the Gov- erning Body elections do not take place on the expiry of this period, the Governing Body shall remain in office until such elections are held. 6.
