The amount of drachmas to be deposited shall be computed at a rate of exchange in accordance with Ante, p. 2312. the provisions of Section 2(c) of this Article. The Government of the United States of America shall from time to time notify the Government of Greece of the indicated dollar cost of imports so deliTered and the Government of Greece will thereupon deposit in the Drachm Reconstruction and Agricultural Rehabilitetion Fund account a conzensurate amount of drachmae computed as provided above. Draehmae will not be deposited to the Drachna Reconstruction and Agricultural Rehabilitation Iund account for imports which the two Governments have agreed or May agree shall be made available to the Government of Greece without the deposit of drachmae.
