PEARL HARBOR ATTACK Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That S. Con. Res. 45, agreed to December 20, 1945, is amended to read as follows: "That the limit of time required, under the provisions of S. Con. Res. 27, for the submission to the Senate and House of Representatives of the report of the Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack be, and the same is hereby, extended to February 15, 1946; and such resolution is hereby continued in full force and effect until such date."
