AN ACT To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near a point between Morgan and Wash Streets in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri, and a point opposite thereto in the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near a point between Morgan and Wash Streets in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri, and a point opposite thereto in the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois, authorized to be built by the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois, by an Act of Congress approved May 3, 1934, and heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved August 5, 1935, May 1, 1936, and June 2, 1937, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 3, 1938.
