Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f Americ a in Congress ass embled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Oklahoma to construct, mai ntain, and operat e a free highway bridge and appro aches thereto across the Arkansas River at a point approximately fifteen miles north of the town of Keota and suitable to the interests of naviga- tion, in section 9, township 10 north, range 24 east, south of the town of Sallisaw, in the counties of Sequoyah and Le Flore, in the State of Oklahoma, and conformable to United States Public Works High- wa y Project Numbered NRS 412-B (1935), i n accordan ce with t he provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters ", approved March 23, 1906 .
