(b) That certain parcel of land lying on the west side of the right- of-way north of Potomac Av enue, town of Q uantico, county of Prince William, Virginia, beginning at a point where the western right-of- way l ine of the Ri chmond , Frede ricksb urg an d Potom ac Rai lroad CompMidi ntersects the northern curb line of Potomac Avenue ; thence along western right-of-way line in a northerly direction three hundred and sixteen and three-tenths feet to a point ; thence at right angles in an easterly direction twenty feet to a point ; thence by a line parallel to the present western right-of-way line and twenty feet east from it in a southerl y direction one hundred and se venty-five and three-tenths feet to a point ; thence at right angles in a westerly dire ction seven and fi ve-tent hs fee t to a point ; the nce in a sout herly direction by a line parallel to and twelve and five-tenths feet east from the pres ent western rig ht-of-way line , one hundred a nd thirty-nine feet to a point on the northern curb line of Potomac Avenue ; thence in a westerly direction along said northern curb line of Potomac Avenue thirteen and two-tenths feet to the point of beginning, con- taining five thousand, two hundred and fifty-six square feet, subject however, to the easemen t for a right- of-way for ingr ess and egress to the rear of the building leased to the Mutual Ice Company over and through the above-described lot ; said parcel being more particu- larly shown outlined in red on the map marked " R .
