National Archives . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Printing Act of 1895, United States o f America in Congress assembled, That chapter 23 of amendment . vol. 28, p. 624; U. S. the Printing Act, approved January 12, 1895, as amendƒ{ (U . S. C., C., p.1943.

"House documents and public reports, bound; Senate documents and public reports, bound; Senate and House journals, bound; United States Code and Supplements, bound; Statutes at Large, bound; O ffi cial Re gist er of the United States, bound; Decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States, bound; and all other documents bearing a congressional number, and all documents not bearing a congres sional number printed upon order of any committee in either House of Congress, or by order of any department, bureau, inde- p endent off ice or est ablishment, commissi on, or off icer of th e Govern- ment except confidential matter, blank forms, and circular letters not of a public character; and two copies each of all public bills and resolutions in Congress in each parliamentary stage .
