In case of a violation of this Act, or any regulation under Penalty provision. this Act, by the grantee, any officer, agent, or employee thereof responsible for or permitting any such violation shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 . Pennsylygnia may of Congress is hereby granted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania bridge, at York Fur- to c onst ruct , ma inta in, and oper ate a br idge and app roac hes ther eto across the Susquehanna River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near York Furnace, York County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters ", Construction . approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limita- Vol.34, p.84 . tions contained in this Act .
