Weaver, the sum of $50 per month, for a period not exceeding one hundred months, in full settlement of all claims against the Government for fatal injuries sustained by him while performing services in removing and assisting post-office inspectors in the examination and unloading of bombs mailed at the Easton, Pennsylvania, post office on December 30, 1931: Provided, That no part of the amount ir:t:t.on on at- appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received torney's, etc., feM. by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim. It shall be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, with- hold, or receive any sum of the amount appropriated in this Act on account of services rendered in connection with said claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating Peualtyfarvlolatlon. the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Beers, widow and the heirs at law of William H. Beers, deceased, the sum of $4,000 in full compensation and settlement for all claims and demands of William H.
