2360 Plenipotentiaries. ARBITRATION TREATY-ETHIOPIA. JANUARY 26,1929. Have decided to conclude a treaty of arbitration and for that purpose they have designated as their respective Plenipotentiaries: The President of the Un~ted States of America; Mr. Addison E.
