By THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA A PROCLA.11ATION WHEREAS a Treaty of Conciliation between the United States of Conciliation America and Rumania was concluded and signed by their respective R~=~le. Plenipotentiaries at Washington on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the original of which Trpaty, being in the English and French languages, is word for word as follows: wit h The President of the United States of America. and His Maj- esty the King of Rumania Le President des Etats-Unis d'Amerique et Sa Majeste Ie Roi de Roumanie Contracting Powers. Being desirous to strengthen the bonds of amity that bind them together and also to advance the cause of general peace, have re- solved to enter into 8. treaty for that purpose, and to that end have appointed as their plenipo- tentiaries : The President of the United States of America: Mr. :Frank B.
