 N"""“' WHEREAS that portion of the Beaverhead National Forest which

P¤*¤¤i¤¤b1¤~ is within the State of Idaho should be transferred to the Salmon National Forest, also within the State of Idaho, in connection with certain other readjustments that should occur in the boundary lines of the Challis, Lemhi, and Sawtooth National Forests, all within the State of Idaho; $Q‘f{’,€‘;‘,{"§'°“· Now, therefore, I, Woodrow Wilson, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested biy the Act of Congress approved June fourth, eighteen hundred an ninety-seven (30 tat., 11 at 34 and 36), entitl "An Act Making zgpropriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the cal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and for other pIurposes," do proclaim that the boundaries of this, the Beaverhead P°"’ pi" ""°‘"‘°‘ atnonal Forest, and the boundaries of the above·mentioned Challis Lemhi, Salmon, and Sawtooth National Forests are, hereby, changed as shown on the diagram forming a part hereof and on the diagrams forming parts of the proclamations for the other above-mentioned Forests which I have also signed this same da ; and that this, the Beaverhead proclamation, and the said other agrove-mentioned proclamations are made and are intended to be and shall be considered as Am ¤¤•¤*•¤¤· one act to become effective simultaneously; and that it is not intended by this proclamation nor by any of the other above-mentioned proclamations to reserve any land not heretofore embraced in a National Forest in either of the above-mentioned States, nor to release any land from this, the Beaverhead National Forest, nor from an of the said above·mentioned National Forests, except those areas sliown as eliminations on the diagrams forming parts of the Challis, Lemhi, Salmon, and Sawtooth proclamations.
