inspectors and of clerks and other authorized ermanent employees in the district offices and depots of the Lightlilouse Service, exclusive of those regularly emlployed in the office of the Bureau of Lighthouses, Washington, istrict or Columbia, four hundred and sixty-· five thousand nine hundred and sixty dollars.
