No- 1071-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United amaada D Bama States (gf America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i•>¤i¤•$¤¤¤¤¢d·· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lizews, the name of Amanda D. Penick, widow of l/Villiam R. enick, . late colonel, Fifth Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty-two dollars per month 1’r¤¤·=¤m- in lieu of that she is now receivin : Provided, That in the event of ¤J.’t£.'S%“§b‘:£.£°“°°" the death of wumm n.re¤1¤k,héip1eSs mi dependent child of me soldier, William R. Penick, the additional pension herein granted shall P¤¤¤i¤¤¢<> ¢h¤<1¤¤ cease and determine: And pi·0/vided_fm·t/ter, That in the event of the dum °fm°m°r' death of Amanda D. Penick, the name of William R. Penick, helpless and dependent child of said soldier, shall be placed on the pension roll, subjectto the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the death of said
