Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R?resentat¢}ves of the United [mvnw, nn. sssf] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the I W H Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ·inc0·¥re%bed. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Israel V. oag, late captain Company E, One bundred and thirty-ninth Regiment ennsylvania Volrmteer Infantry, and. pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu
