Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rgfsresentati/ves of the United gggga ggggggg- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William P. Rucker, late major Thirteenth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and play him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that e is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901.
