Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the },‘°‘;f;‘; Qfjuse, Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Monson W. Bliss, late of Company D, Twentieth Michigan Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll and pay him a pension at a rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he i nowreceiving. Approved, December 20, 1898. CHAP. 10.-An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. Freeman. December 20, 1898. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the }f¤¤t A·F»·¤¤¤· Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the °°m°u` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Freeman, widow of Andrew V. Pritchard, late a private in Company H, Second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, Melzpcan war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per mont . · Approved, December 20, 1898. CHAP. 11.-An Act To increase the pension of Thomas B. Hammond. December 20, 1808.
