Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ly¤¤eA¤¤Wi1b¤¤‘· United States of America i n Congress assembled, That the Secretary I ° °°° of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Lydia Ann Wilber, sister of John M. Wilber, who was a soldier in Company A, of the Seventy-seventh Regiment of Illinois Infantry Volunteers, in the war of the rebellion, an was killed in battle May twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
