Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the - Un ated States of America an Congress assembled, That the Secretary l1§T¤¤iS· I-¤8¤¤· of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place °°sl°°` on the pension—roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary S. agan, widow of the late John A. ogan, a ma]or·general of the Unite States Volunteers, in the late wa for the Union, and pay her a pension, from the passage of this act, at the rate of two thousand do lars per annum. Approved, April 5, 1888. CHAP. 67.-An act for the relief of Frank Baker. ADfi15, 1888. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proper umm accounting officers of the Treasury be, and are hereby, authorized mgiveu. ° and directed to credit Captain Frank Baker, Ordnance Department United States Army, wit one hundred and seventy-two do lars and fifty-two cents, being a sum of money stolen from him while acting commissary of subsistence at Fort Fred. Steele, Wyoming Territory. Approved, April 5, 1888. CHAP. 68.-An act to increase the pension of Mrs. Apolline A. Blair. APW} 6- 1888- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Q0ngress_assembled, That Apolline A, §§,§’§},*§f,§é,§¥,§“e& Blair, widow of the late Francis P. Blair, Junior, a mayor-general of *0*- ¤· v- W- United States volunteers in the late war for the Union, shall be paid, from the passage of this act, a pension of two thousand dollars (per annum, in lieu of the pension o fifty dollars per month now pai to her. Approved, April 6, 1888. CHAP. 71.-An act for the relief of Charles Murphy.
