Arseniate of aniline. Articles, the growth, produce, and manufacture of the United States, when returned in the same condition as exported. But proof of the identity of such articles shall be made under regulations to be rescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury; and if such articles were subject to internal tax at the time of exportation, such tax shall be proved to have been paid before exportation and not refunded. Articles imported for the use of the United States: Provided, That the price of the same did not include the duty. Asbestos, not manufactured. Balm of Gilead. Balsams: copaiva, fir or Canada, Peru, and tolu. Bamboo-ree s, no further manufactured than cut into suitable lengths fg&walking-sticks or canes, or for sticks for umbrellas, parasols, or suns es. Bamboos, unmanufactured. Barrels, of American manufacture exported Hlled with domestic petroleum and returned empty, under such regulations as the Secretar of the Treasury may prescribe, and without requiring the filing of a declaration at time of export of intent to return the same empty. Barilla. Barks: Quilla, Peruvian, Lima, calisaya and all cinchona barks, canella. alba, megranate, croton, cascarilla, and all other barks not otherwise providigd for. Beans, vanilla, or vanilla plants. Bed feathers and downs. Belladonna, root and leaf. Bells, broken, and bell-metal, broken, and lit only to be remanufactured. Bells, old, and bell-metal. Berries, nuts, and veigetables for dyeing, or used for composing dyes, not otherwise provide for. Bezoar stones. Birds, stuffed. Birds, singing and other, and land and water fowls. Bismuth. Bitter apples, colocynth, coloquinitida. Black sa ts. Black tares. _ Bladders, crude, and all integuments of animals not otherwise provided for. Bologna sausages. Bolting-cloths. Books which shall have been printed and manufactured more than twenty years at the date of importation. _ _ Books, maps, and charts imported by authority for the use of the United States or for the use of the Library of Oougress. But the duty shall not have been included in the contract or_pr1ce paid. _ Books, maps, and charts, specially imported, not more than two cop1es in any one invoice, in good faith for the use of any society incorporated or established for philosophical, literary, or religious purposes, or for the encouragement of the line arts, or for the use, or by the order, of any college, academy, school, or seminary of learning in the United States.
