Be it enacted bg the Senate and fbuso of R@resentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of four million Dciicipncy ap- ' two hundred and ninety-six thousand and nine dollars and twenty-six cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not partment for otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of supplying the deficiency in Year ¤¤<U¤SJ¤¤¤ the revenues and defraying the expenses of the Post-Oihce Department 30'1859‘ for the year ending the thirtieth of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine. Sec. 2.
