Public Law 108–70 108th Congress An Act Aug. 14, 2003 [H.R. 1018]

To designate the building located at 1 Federal Plaza in New York, New York, as the ‘‘James L. Watson United States Court of International Trade Building’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 28 USC app.

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The building located at 1 Federal Plaza in New York, New York, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘James L. Watson United States Court of International Trade Building’’. 28 USC app.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘James L. Watson United States Court of International Trade Building’’. Approved August 14, 2003.
