PUBLIC LAW 105-320—OCT. 30, 1998 112 STAT. 3019 (b) GENDER-RELATED CONSIDERATIONS.— In conducting training under subsection (a)(4) or (5), gender-specific training shall be provided on the subject of interacting with women and men who are victims of torture by rape or any other form of sexual violence.
