SEC. 3. CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR CERTAIN DISABLED VETERANS. Section 1162 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out "$452" and inserting in lieu thereof "$466". SEC. 4. DEPENDENCY AND INDEMNITY COMPENSATION FOR SURVIV- ING SPOUSES.
