(a) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. —There is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1992 from current and future balances in the Defense Cooperation Account the sum of $3,811,096,000 as follows: (1) PROCUREMENT.—For procurement: (A) ARMY.— For the Army: (i) For aircraft, $200,600,000.
