For expenses necessary to enable the President to meet unanticipated needs, in furtherance of the national interest, security, or defense which may arise at home or abroad during the current fiscal year; $1,000,000. EXPENSES OF MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT
For expenses necessary to provide a comprehensive office automation system, including equipment and software, for the Office of Management and Budget, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended. For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations Act of 1959, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4271-79); $1,040,000, and additional amounts not to exceed $200,000, collected from the sale of publications shall be credited to and used for the purposes of this appropriation.
