(2) calls upon the Soviet Union— (A) to immediately grant to all those who wish to join spouses or fiances in the United States (including Tatyana Alexandrovich, Yeugeni Grigorishin, Vladislav Kostin, _ Lyubov Kurillo, Pyatras Pakenas, and Sergei Petrov) permission to emigrate with their family members to the United States; and (B) to give special consideration to cases that have remained unresolved for many years. SEC. 2. The Secretary of State shall transmit a copy of this joint resolution to the President of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Approved December 29, 1987.
