(b) LEGAL REFERENCES.—Each reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Gene Snyder United States Courthouse and Customhouse". (c) EFFECTIVE DATE.—Subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall take effect on January 4, 1987. Approved November 6, 1986.
