(d). There is a fourth class of adjectives formed by the termination DA (ḊA); but it is not as large as the three preceding classes. The following are some of the principal ones:—

diaḋa, godly, divine daona (daonda) human
fearḋa, masculine gránda, ugly
banda, feminine cróḋa, brave
órḋa, golden, gilt beoḋa, lively
laoċḋa, heroic gallda, exotic or foreign
seanda, ancient naoṁṫa (naoṁḋa), holy, saintly
