United Arab Emirates Constitution

Article (3)

The Committee shall take the necessary constitutional procedures after amending the Constitution’s articles in accordance with the provision of Article 144-2-a-b of the Constitution.

Article (4)

This Decision shall take effect from the date it is issued and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
