(Idaho Section) Beginning at the interchange with present US Routes 12, 95 and 410 in northeast Lewiston, thence southerly over present US Route 410 across the Clearwater River Bridge into Lewiston, thence in a northwesterly direction to the Idaho-Washington State Line. |
