MISSOURI-ILLINOIS (Cont.) US Route 67 Alternate Elimination of an Alternate US Route APPROVED	(Illinois Section) Beginning at the Illinois-Missouri State Line on the MacArthur Bridge crossing the Mississippi River, thence northeasterly over US Routes 50 and 66, through East St. Louis to junction with US Route 66 north of East St. Louis and present Alternate US 67, thence northerly on the routing for Alternate US 67 via Madison, Granite City, Wood River and Bast Alton to junction with present US Route 67 at the north end of the Clark Bridge across the Mississippi River in Alton.
TEXAS-NEW MEXICO US Route 82 Extension APPROVED	(Texas Section) Beginning at the western terminus of US Route 82 in Lubbock at the junction of US Routes 62, 84 and 87, thence southwesterly over US Route 62 via Ropesville to junction with US 380 in Brownfield, thence west with US 380 to junction with State Route 337 in Plains, thence southwesterly to the Texas-New Mexico State Line on SR 337.
" APPROVED	(New Mexico Section) Beginning at the New Mexico-Texas State Line on State Route 337, thence southwesterly with SR 337 to junction with State Route 83 in Lovington, thence westerly with SR 83 via Maljamar, Artesia, Hope, Elk, Cloudcroft, to junction with US Routes 70 - 54 north of Alamogordo, thence southwesterly vith US Route 70 via Alamogordo, Organ, to junction with US 85 in Las Cruces.
GEORGIA-SOUTH CAROLINA US Route 319 Extension (Resubmission) NOT APPROVED	(Georgia Section) Beginning at the northern terminus of US Route 319 in Wadley, thence north over US Route 1 via Wrens and Augusts to the Georgia-South Carolina: State Line.
" NOT APPROVED	(South Carolina Section) Beginning at the South Carolina-Ceorgia State Line in North Augusta on US Routes 25 and 1, thence northerly an US 25 to State Route 19 in Trenton, thence northerly on SR 19 via Johnston, Saluda, Newberry and Whitmire to State Route 72, than northeasterly on SR 72 via Carlisle and Chester to US 21 in Rock Hill.
MINNESOTA-NORTH DAKOTA-MONTANA-IDAHO-WASHINGTON Establishment of a New US Route NOT APPROVED	(Minnesota Section) Beginning on US Route 2 at the junction with State Route 34 northwest of Floodwood, thence westerly over SR 34 to US 371 south of Walker, thence westerly over US 371 through Walker to junction with State Route 92 south of Leech Lake, thence westerly over SR 92 to junction with State Route 31, near Lake Itasca, thence westerly with SR 31 via Mahnomen and Ada to US 75, thence north with US 75 and SR 31 to Halstad, thence west on SR 31 to the Minnesota-North Dakota State Line.
