PENNSYLVANIA US Route 309 Elimination of a portion APPROVED	Beginning on the Pennsylvania-New York State Line, thence southerly with presently marked US 309 via Sayre, Athens, Towanda, Wysox, Rummerfield, Wylussing, Mescheopen, and Russell Hill to junction with US 6 in Tunkhannock.
US Route 611 Alternate Extension of an Alternate US Route (Resubmission) NOT APPROVED	Beginning at the junction of present Alternate US Route 611 and Interstate Route 80 in Delaware Water Gap, thence northerly over Interstate Route 80 to interchange with former US Route 611, thence westwardly over former US Route 611 through Stroudsburg to interchange with present US 611 and Interstate Route 80 west of Stroudsburg.
VIRGINIA US Route 340 Alternate Elimination of an Alternate US Route APPROVED	Beginning at the junction of present US 340 and State Route 7 in Berryville, thence west with SR 7 to junction of Alternate US 340 and SR 7 in Winchester, thence southerly with present Alternate US Route 340 (US 522) to junction with US 340 at Double Tollgate.
IDAHO-WASHINGTON US Route 12 Extension NOT APPROVED	(Idaho Section) Beginning at the present western terminus of US 12 at the junction of US 95 and US 410 in Lewistown, thence southerly and westerly over US 410 through Lewistown to the Idaho-Washington State Line.
US Route 12 Extension NOT APPROVED	(Washington Section Beginning at the Washington-Idaho State Line east of Clarkston on US Route 410, thence westerly and southerly through Clarkston via Pomeroy, Delaney, Waitsburg, Walla Walla, Touchet and Wallula to Pasco.
ARKANSAS-MISSISSIPPI US Route 49 Extension APPROVED	(Arkansas Section) Beginning at the junction of US Route 70 and State Route 6 south of Brinkley, thence southerly over SR 6 via Blackton, Marvell, Walnut Corner, West Helena and Helena to the Arkansas-Mississippi State Line on the new Helena Bridge crossing the Mississippi River.
" APPROVED	(Mississippi Section) Beginning at the Mississippi-Arkansas State Line on the new Helena Bridge crossing the Mississippi River on State Route 6, thence southeasterly on SR 6 to junction with US Route 61, thence southerly on US Route 61 to present northern terminus of US Route 49 in Clarksdale.
