Pecan Desserts
1% C. thick cream 1 C. chopped pineapple Pineapple % ©. powdered sugar Vanilla ice cream Parfait 146 C, chopped pecans Whip cream until stiff and add sugar. Chill and fold in pineapple. Put rounds of vanilla ice eream in parfait glasses and fill with pineapple mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and serve.
% C. grape jelly 1 C. heavy cream Grave Sauce t F. lemon juice % C. grated pecans
Mix jelly and lemon juice; add to cream, and whip stiff. Add pecans and serve with ice cream.
% C. maple syrup % C. heavy cream Maple 2 T. butter 1% C. chapped pecans Cream Sauce
Boil syrup and butter to 232° F. or until it forms a soft bali, Remove from fire and add eream slowly. Add pecans and serve hot.
2 sq. chocolate 1%, C. sugar Chocolate 2 T. butter 1 t. vanilla Sauce 26 milk % C, chopped pecans
Melt chocolate with butter. Slowly add milk, sugar and vanilla. Beat. Add pecans and serve hot with ice cream or pudding.
