800 Proved Pecan Recipes
3 TF. butter % t. salt 2 T. sugar 3 t. baking powder 1 eg¢e 44 C. currants 2 C, flour % C. chopped pecans 1 ©. milk
Mix the melted butter, sugar, well beaten egy, add flour sifted with baking powder and salt, alternately with milk. Add the currants, pecans, and bake.

2 C. flour 1 CG. milk 8 t. baking powder 2 eggs 1 TF, sugar 2 T. shortening % t. salt Jelly or fruit Pecans
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk, well beaten eggs, and melted shortening, Put table- spoon of batter into each muffin tin. Drep into center of each 1 t. of jelly or fruit. Place pecan on en of jelly, add another tablespoon of batter and ake. -

Mix and sift first four ingredients. Add graham flour, soda dissolved in sour milk, well beaten ere, melted shortening, raisins, and chopped pecans. Bake.
