NOW THEREFORE the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, having considered the aforementioned Agreement, hereby notifies in accordance with Article 185 thereof completion of the necessary internal procedures for the purpose of entry into force of this Agreement and undertakes faithfully to perform and carry out all the stipulations therein contained.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Instrument is signed and sealed by Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.
