This work is fully transcribed, with the exception of pages iii through vi, which comprise a "subject index" and an "author index". IMO these pages are not particularly high priority for transcription, since they are largely redundant of the page-by-page TOC on page vii. Computer search was not available in 1900, and even by that day's standards, three fully redundant organization schemes for a Table of Contents was a bit excessive. -Pete (talk) 16:31, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
