Style guides

1. Replicate the graphical rules as images
2. Replace ſ with s. This is contrary to my own usual practice, but the text is not broken into chapters and I don't want template overload.
3. I'm not using {{sp}}; it's okay if you use it so long as you are willing to also add it to the pages I've already edited where appropriate for consistency.
4. Each page has the first word of the next page in the bottom right corner; you can put this in {{float right}} in the noinclude footer, but if you omit it entirely that's fine with me.
5. The spaces between paragraphs is unusually large, but just use a regular paragraph break in the transcription.
6. Per usual WS practice, series of hyphens [--------] are rendered as — or {{bar}}. Since the lengths of the series are highly variable, I have used an approximation of three hyphens per dash. Thus 2–4 hyphens becomes an emdash or {{bar|1}}; 5–7 becomes {{bar|2}}; 8–10 becomes {{bar|3}}. This also works as dashes are usually displayed in the text as a series of four hyphens [----].
